Cinnamon Almonds

Our Cinnamon Sugar Almonds were such a success over the holidays that we decided to keep them on our menu.  Fresh almonds roasted in a specially blended mix of cinnamon, sugar, vanilla, and salt.  They are roasted until crunchy, but are not hard.  Make sure to share them. Or don't!
